Yes. Every childcare operator can do a 30 day free trial of the KindyNow technology. Once the 30 day free trial is finished there is no obligation to continue to use the KindyNow technology.
Yes, unless otherwise stated in a contract you may cancel at anytime. Once you notify us that you would like to cease using the KindyNow technology we will disable this for your service within 24 business hours.
An invoice is issued on the first business day of each month for the KindyNow service provided in the prior month. Payment can then be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or direct debit.
